Eternal Pulse reserves the right to cancel an event at any time for any reason. If an event is canceled, Eternal Pulse will refund payments associated with the event. Eternal Pulse reserves the right to terminate membership at any time. Either party may terminate the Membership Agreement at any time and for any reason. If a paid Membership Agreement is terminated by Eternal Pulse, the company will refund a prorated portion of the membership fee. If a Membership Agreement terminated by a paid member, no refunds will be provided to the member. Eternal Pulse reserves the right to contact the proper authorities regarding criminal or illegal activity on the Eternal Pulse web site, or at Eternal Pulse events. Eternal Pulse reserves the right to photograph individuals at Eternal Pulse events and post the pictures on the web site.
